"We are extremely pleased with the work that was done for us by Mr. Chavez and his team. From the initial call for an estimate through to completion of the job, each step was well done. The team showed up on time each day, worked hard, and completed the job ahead of schedule. They prepped and painted an extensive amount of the exterior our home to include several doors, 20 window shutters, our large barn, and let-in shed. They noticed an issue with one of our french doors, they brought it to our attention, and made the necessary repairs without an increase in the cost. That was impressive since it required extra time and effort by the team. We were kept informed throughout the process. The team performed a cleanup of the job site and everything looked great when they were done. They did an outstanding job and we definitely plan to hire them for other projects inside or of our home. "Our house is finished with a Drvit Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). We needed a company to repair cracks and bulging in the exterior walls. We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The crew was very prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned the work area every evening. The finished product looks terrific. I can't over emphasize how terrific E.M. Texture was to work with. "The supervisor who oversees his work crew is very nice. He will listen to your concerns. The workers he has with his painting crew are not detailed oriented. There were several times I had to contact the supervisor to come back and correct the mistakes his crew workers did when painting my home. I paid a lot of money on the painting of my home, and I shouldn't have to check their work after they said they were finished. The little things like leaving gray paint on a white door, I don't understand why they would not check their work before stating that they were finished. I would not recommend them if you're looking for high quality work without any mistakes."

"This company did an excellent job.  House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better.  I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house.  I was given an appointment for the following week the same  day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed.  The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done.  By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed.  They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place.  Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.
