"For house pressure washing I found Daves Home Maintenance as we are both in the same town. Dave had a reasonable price and could get to it pretty quickly. Did a great job and I'll contact him again for some spring painting work too."

"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"Whitmire and Sons Home Maintenance and Repair, L.L.C. did everything right. They were proficient, professional and went above and beyond the task they were hired to do. Gary found a photo album in the shed that was to be removed and instead of just bulldozing it down he took it to his wife Jennifer and she mailed me photos that were salvagable. I would not hesitate to use them again and to refer my friends and family to them. I didn't know what to expect when I put the request on Angi, but I'm so glad I did. I am totally satisfied anf feels as though I have made a good friend."

" His car was not marked. There was no indication that he was a business. There was no name on his car to identify him as a business when he pulled up. He did not have any business cars to give the customer. He came in, that does not cover his feet. He does not have anything professional about him. He don't have any tools to repair anything. He charged me $45 with no intention of repairing anything through my house. Why are you coming in people's houses and disrespect their carpet in the cleanliness of their house, don't you supposed to put on some shoe covers or something? Why do you leave me with a broken air condition for 6 days? "
