"I am super pleased with the service Tony provided. From beginning to end he was professional and polite. My new roof is wonderful , and so are my new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards I had him do. The price was reasonable and work was done on schedule as promised. I highly recommend using Burns Contracting for your next project."

"I asked Springfield Roofing to provide a rough order of magnitude cost for a special kind of flat roof to compare against a few quotes I already had. They knew I was not going to hire them, but what service to offer a quick square footage pricing estimate. It was amazing! Thank you!"

"We first became aware of this company at a home expo. We were in need of additional insulation in our attic and were looking into a ridge vent being installed as well. During inspection, we realized we needed a roof too. We negotiated a fair price for all three requested jobs and work started about a month later. During the job, the workers mistakenly trashed our gutter helmets and some were damaged beyond repair. We discussed this with our project manager and they were ultimately replaced free of charge. During the insulation install, the workers dropped a hammer through our ceiling and left a hole. It was repaired very nicely within a couple of days and you can’t even tell it happened. The cleanup after was very thorough. I found 1 or 2 pieces of metal after, but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve seen other companies leave behind on jobs for my neighbors. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the work performed and the price paid. Aside from the somewhat pushy sales tactics on the front end, I’d highly recommend this company."

"They charged me more than I was expecting. My attic was taller and they had to put a bigger tube in. One of the areas in my house is somewhat dark during the daytime. What they do is cut a hole in the attic like similar to an attic fan and put a hole and put kind of a globe looking thing which basically allows the natural sunlight to come in. They install an aluminum tube and it can be bent to where you need the light and then put a cover on it. I have mine in the middle of the house where my stairs are at because it was kind of dark there with the rooms around them. I have had 1 or 2 minor issues and they came over to fix it for me other than that it has been alright. I had researched the parts and they was like $200 to $300. I thought it would take a couple hours and maybe $100.00 or $150.00 an hour but it cost me more than $1000.00."

"Real1Construction did an outstanding job replacing my roof. The team was professional and made me feel like they were working on their own home. Top notch professional work."

"St. Joseph's Roofing did a great job on my roof, gutters, and trim. I highly recommend working with their partner insurance adjuster, who was able to process my insurance claim and get a great settlement. St. Joseph's partner subcontractor also did great work on the interior damage repairs and painting."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Very personable and honest. Did not try to upsell me. Excellent communication and fast response. Repaired a leak in a rubber flat roof and installed flashing."

"We've had these guys do a variety of exterior projects for us (fixing roofing leaks, installing new gutters, etc.) and they've been one of the best companies we've ever worked with. Reliable, honest, and high quality work at a competitive price. We've referred them to several friends, most recently our neighbors, and they've all been pleased as well. Our neighbor reached out expressly to say thank you for the suggestion they were so pleased with their great service. I highly recommend Alex and his crew"
