"The entire project went very well. Consultant Bob Eversman was very prompt and thorough for our first meeting. He advised that colors are limited due to production cutbacks as a result of Covid. We decided on a color, but using the online tool supplied in the brochure that allowed us to see our house with one or two other colors, we decided on a color change later, and there was no problem. The "team" came right on schedule, and we were amazed at how professional and diligent they were in completing our 1700 plus sq ft home in one day. We were visited the next day by a gentleman who checked on everything and decided that we needed one more nail sweep. This is the one caveat I would mention. We have continued to find roofing nails, so I would caution the homeowner to make certain nail removal is thorough no matter who your roofer may be. We were contacted several times through the process to make certain things were going well, and the one or two times we mentioned something, it was taken care of immediately. Warranties were provided immediately as well. The dumpster was removed on the 2nd day following completion of the roof. We are happy to have a new roof, and pleased to have one that looks very nice. It was done promptly and at a fair price. Reroofing isn't something a homeowner looks forward to, but you will do yourself a favor if you choose Stratus Roofing. c"

"They had a very clean operation. We were very amazed at how they put the original deck and pressure wash it and then spray a base coat and they put the pattern down (a huge roll) then they spray on a substance that has some small rocks in it that makes it look like a brick surface and they add another outer-coating to seal it. It is color coordinated to the outer part of the house and that makes it nice."

"Met with Joe Litle to discuss the project and get an estimate. He fully explained the procedure, scope of work and issued an estimate which we accepted. Arranged for permitting with county and set tentative date for the work. Called week before to let us know they would be out. Joe's son Ken met with us on the morning of the start and explained again the project and got started. He and his crew quickly had the site work done and forms set. Concrete was ordered for afternoon, truck and crew showed up, poured and finished both projects, cleaned up and left everything in a neat and orderly manner."

"Caruthers Concrete came out immediately (unlike others) to give me a proposal for the work to be done. Mr. Caruthers was prompt and very polite. His proposal was very fair as well. About 3 weeks after the slab was poured, my wife and I noticed that the concrete was developing a small web of cracks that extended from end to end. We called Mr. Caruthers and he came out promptly to assess the situation. To our surprise, he offered to repair or replace the slab. For fear that the cracks would worsen even if repaired, we opted to have the slab replaced. I am certain that no other concrete contractor would have stood behind his work as Mr. Caruthers did. We were prepared to hear the standard answer of "concrete cracks. Thankfully, we didn't have to stress because he's not your usual contractor. I know that replacing our slab had to cost him a pretty penny but he didn't even bat an eye to satisfy a customer. He is a stand-up individual and deserves your trust for your next project that requires concrete work. I will always speak his praises. What a great job!"
