We found out the hard way that not all home painters and restoration “experts” know how to deal with an old one. Jeff and his team are amazing and easy to work with. Jeff is onsite doing the actual work every day which is a huge benefit. He is good at problem solving on the job and works really hard. An excellent painter, he takes on a project as though it was his own home. And he is completely honest and fair, which is rare. They did a great job. They were here every morning at the time they gave me. They were polite and friendly, respectful of our property and moved all the furniture back in place. The day after they finished, Carlos and Rudy had to stop by to pick up some knee protectors they left and Carlos helped me hang several things that were hard for me to manage. In addition, I feel that the price Scott quoted was very reasonable. After the initial estimate visit, he kept in touch about the start date and everything went very smoothly. This is the second time we've used Flawless; 3 years ago they painted all of our exterior trim, deck and porch and once again, did a great job.
