Hugo and his team did an awesome job to remove the bamboo, build a retaining wall in it's place, extend the pool patio and installed a playground area for our trampoline. The team work very hard with few breaks. Hugo (onsite manager) and Ruben (office manager) are very communicative, they are also quick to inform us if a problem arises and provide suggestions to solve unforeseen issues cost effectively. I got a few bids and not only did I like Eric the best (he made me feel like this was an easily doable job vs. a "big problem" like a competitor made it sound. Turns out the wall was not built exactly right so they dug it out and rebuilt it correctly. We were so happy that I decided to ask Eric about some other unsightly areas that we weren't sure what to do with. He immediately suggested some excellent solutions (fieldstone patio extension and knee walls). So we went ahead with it and are thrilled with the result.
