"Chris came to repair our cooktop downdraft that is over 10 years old. Chris took the system apart and diagnosed the problem. Parts were required. So Chris left to look for the parts but unfortunately, the parts were no longer manufactured by GE. Rather then continue to throw money at a poorly designed system that outlived its lifetime, he recommended a new system and told us where to get it, even thought there was nothing in it for him. He put the old unit back together and left, without charging us except for diagnosing the problem. Honesty is so important and I would hire him again."
