"The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"I would so, so recommend TJ Roofing. I have learned to get three estimates, especially for house repairs. TJs was the first company to look at the issues with my garage. My next door neighbor was the person who told me and showed me the problems and told me I needed repairs. I was very pleased with TJ...friendly manner. He gave me an estimate but I looked around for more estimates, since I have learned to get three estimates. The second roofing company to come was Christian's roofing. He insisted my garage needed a new roof. I sent him an email which he never responded to. The third company said they don't do repairs. So I hired TJ Roofing and am so glad I did! The office manager drove down from Olympia (to Centralia) for signing the contract. We had a nice conversation. She said it might be a while before the repairs would be done. So I waited and when I didn't hear anything, I contacted TJ. That Saturday a crew came down and did exactly what was in the estimate, which was thousands of dollars less than a new roof. I appreciate the difference in price especially right now. I have had to spend quite a bit of money on other changes for my house and inflation is hitting hard. "This company did a five star job. We found plenty of evidence convincing that complete new roofing was needed. The 'Unique Roofing & Home Improvement Co.' took time to look everywhere, including attics--and I went with them. Only one of the six other companies that came to our house even asked if they could look inside the attics. Two of the companies came, but didn't even bother to go up on the roof! Furthermore, this company promised to start that same day, and they did. Two whole days and it was done. The price may have been a bit high, I'm not sure. But their team did very good work. I recommend this company. The only reason I gave them a four star rating is because they were very pushy when trying to get me to sign the contract: 'now or never!' They wouldn't even wait for my wife to come home, so we could decide together. No one likes that! In the end, however, they proved to be quite friendly, and my wife & I were very satisfied with the work they did on our house ."
