"DO NOT USE CLANCY! Worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. He lied to us for months on end, misused and mismanaged our money and then wanted another $20k to continue work he should have already done. He neglected to pay his subcontractors who were then contacting my family to try and get ahold of him to get paid. The work he did do was poor quality or not done at all. We have been informed from subcontractors that he was purposely asking for lower quality products at a lower cost so he could increase his profit, despite our requests for mid-grade products. We cut our losses and fired him. "

"Not a good experience ... had to have kitchen plumbing redone. workers evidently washed out some tools in kitchen sink or something ... hardened concrete in drain and garbage disposal. contractor denied and said it was sediment. I have documentation that proves otherwise. Finished product is not smooth. various bubbles and unevenness to surface. contractor said I should have said something earlier. I told him I didn't notice initially due to lighting. he told me it wasn't his responsibility to change out lighting. original contact was not followed. the floor looked the color of asphalt and not stained concrete. workers did come back to restain and seal but charged me extra for the stain and sealer which was supposed to be covered in original contract. I was charged double for materials due to contractors mistake. Contractor(TY) does not take responsibility for errors or subpar work and likes to deny and blame customer. Hire at your own risk. All of this is well documented .... "

Initially, they identified issues with the job for us that we were able to resolve, and then completed the work on schedule. The finished work meets the engineer's specifications, the job site was left clean and orderly, and the final walk-through was not rushed but very thorough. The installed product repairs the foundation issue and increases the value of our home."

"The services, from the sales rep Frank, (who cussed in front of my 3 year old, failed to respond to messages and walked off the job), to the unresponsive management and unreturned phone calls after an incomplete job leaves us without thousands of dollars and a horrible looking lawn. They did not finish the job nor offer to remediate, only stating we were “confrontational” after asking what they would do to fix the problems. Even if that was true (which it is not), the job we paid for is still not completed, confrontations or not, and that is what we paid for. New sod, not their opinions on how we handles our unhappiness with their lack of professionalism. They left an unfinished job with 100% of our money up front. They even broke our fence! Take it from us, do not do business with anyone who asks for all up front if the job isn’t complete. Sod was left out in sun on a pallet in 100 degree heat for 5+ hours dying before it was started to be installed, the ground was not properly prepped, and weeds and grass are now growing from underneath the new sod laid. They laid the sod in the wrong places. They left a mess, were unprofessional, disrespectful, and sadly did not operate in a Christian manner. We are having another local landscaper have to fix the problems, and they are shocked at the way our lawn was left by this company. Save your money and do business elsewhere. I guess turf masters does not care to help their customers. BBB will hear from us, as will Secretary of State and beyond. We are just shocked this is the way they operate."
