We were especially impressed with their representative named Donny, who was honest, friendly, and down to earth. He was very knowledgeable about roofing materials and working with insurance companies. Donny excelled at explaining the process, was always available, and patiently answered all our questions. "The job was stalled due to staffing changes at their company and lack of communication. Started in September and didn't finish until November. When I went to pay the final invoice by credit card they charge 3.5%, that's $35 per $1000! Totally ridiculous especially for such a costly job. They want a paper check? Really?"
