They were here promptly at 8 am for 2 days and worked tirelessly making sure to also clean up all the roots from trees that had fallen and been removed previously because of hurricane Milton. "My experience with Perkins Concrete, from the initial estimate to the final inspection, was very positive. I received 4 estimates to replace the cracked, pitted, sunken concrete floor in my 97-year-old detached garage. Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside. Also, as requested, the final floor was very smooth and ready for polishing/sealing. See before and after pics for comparison. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Their workmanship and attention to detail are very impressive. I highly recommend Perkins Concrete and would hire them again."

"From the first request for an estimate to the completion of the project they did an exceptional job. Cathi is the office manager and coordinator. She did an superb job communicating with me through every phase of the project from coordinating the estimate, scheduling the job, obtaining brick samples to match for the project and billing. She was always accessible to talk to and ask questions. I only remember once that I had to leave a phone message and she returned the call within 15 minutes. Joey is an phenomenal brick mason. To me, he is just as much an artist as he is a mason. He took great care to make sure the project was done right. Like Cathi he was also an exceptional communicator. He took great pride in his work and accepted nothing but perfection. He kept the work site clean and also took care to not disturb or damage the landscaping (bushes and grass) immediately adjacent to the project.
