Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. "When I started looking into getting my roof replaced, I had about 10 different companies come out to give me estimates. Ridge Top sent out Chris and right away I felt like they were the right ones for the job. He clearly told me every detail. He answered every single one of my questions. After that meeting, he followed up with me through text and email. Once we made our decision, he came over asap and called my insurance company with me right there. It was a 5 minute phone call. And the process was started. I had absolutely nothing to do with the insurance. Chris handled every bit of it. Every back and forth communication with the insurance company. He also was here and on the roof with the insurance company's inspector. A week later we were approved for the full price of the roof. All we had to pay was the deductible. We were on the schedule very quickly. The crew immediately set to work. After 6 hours, they were done! They removed the old roof and replaced it entirely new in 6 hours!
