I remember when your business was just a start-up and your base of operations was merely a 2000 square foot metal shed with five service trucks in your fleet. Back then your home office was located in the woods off of Bloomingdale Ave in Brandon. I was confident that when one of “my postal customers” inquired as to the best lawn service company in the area, I always replied, “Hands down, S&O Greenworks” and I recommended they call (813)685-5959 for a beautiful lawn! My referrals to many of “my customers” would result in a beautiful lawn should they elect to give you and your team members a chance to revitalize their lawns! I will say that I ALWAYS advised any of the customers I referred that “S&O Greenworks can effectively transform a struggling lawn or act as a good steward for a new lawn, IF ONLY the customer will follow the instructions left at the door after each lawn servicing and PROPERLY WATER their St. Augustine lawns adequately!” I would tell them that if they didn’t have a properly functioning sprinkler system, all the efforts of S&O Greenworks would be futile and without proper watering, the customer’s lawn would not change! I wanted to write to you to let you know that you, your team of office staff and your lawn service technicians, especially Lawn Technician, Trent and his assistants, have ALWAYS taken excellent care of my lawn here in Brandon. Thankfully, since I am now retired, I have the pleasure of speaking to Trent on most of his monthly visits. He is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS goes above and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure that “his lawns” look green and healthy! Whenever I have an area of interest or concern, Trent is quick to assure me that he is “on it” and he takes his job as one of your team members very seriously! He is passionate about his customers and their lawns! During our discussions, it is my opinion that Trent truly believes that “each lawn he services is a direct reflection on his professionalism and is a product of his ongoing education and efforts!” He enjoys and promotes good communication and feedback with his customers as their understanding of the practices and efforts of Trent and his assistant benefit both the customer and the lawn technicians as the lawn grows stronger and healthier. A collective effort makes Trent’s job that much easier! Please know that I repeatedly thank him for his excellent customer service and his positive attitude! I keep my monthly application lawn placard posted in the front yard all month now as this New Year’s Eve we had company over and they walked through the front yard and were absolutely “blown away” by the depth of cushion beneath their feet when crossing the lawn! "Way beyond what  I asked for.  I had him come out to look at a favorite tree that I thought was dying (it wasn't).  After that, job should have been done for any other service provider.  Instead, he asked, "do you mind if we take a walk around your yard?"  I've got almost 3 acres.  We covered all of it.  He went through the front landscaping, identifying and diagnosing each shrub, bush and weed, went to every tree and told me all about how it should be maintained, what to expect, etc.  He took me to the berm out back and told me what we could plant for best privacy.  He even went over lawn care. <br>The guy really knows his stuff.  And, as he will tell you, he has no further financial interest.  He  doesn't sell anything else, just knowledge. <br>Highly recommended.  Great service. <br> <br>"
