"Initial meeting, pricing, and installation all went great. Worked with Tad to select and place landscape and lanai lighting based on what my wife and I wanted. Tad had suggestions which also were spot on. I would have rated them much higher if not for a recent support issue. Long story short, we left our lanai remote outside (under cover but we were stupid) and it got wet. We noticed that out lighting no longer changed color or adjusted. Called Tad, he said no problem, happens more than you think and he promptly brought a new remote. This didnt fix the problem. Apparently our transformer wouldn't connect to the new remote and had to be fixed. Two weeks later the issue gets resolved and we get a HEFTY service bill. Questioned Tad about the price and he basically said, it was our fault as we let the remote get wet. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How does replacing a remote control require a new transformer?? There must have been an issue as the system was only installed two months ago. I also questioned if the components were warrantied and he again referenced the remote getting wet. Sorry, but that is TERRIBLE customer service (in my opinion, a bad business model too). I can't in good conscience recommend a company that doesn't stand behind its components / work."

"RALPH WAS THE ELECTRICIAN THAT COMPLETED THE WORK AT MY HOME. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PERSONABLE. HE HELPED ME DECIDE ON THE PLACEMENT OF THE RECESSED LIGHTS. HE WORKED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. HE RAN INTO NUMEROUS PROBLEMS, BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF THE HOME, HAD DONE MUCH OF THE WIRING HIMSELF, WHICH WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. "This was our second time using Rudisill Electric. Sorry, forgot to post a review the first time but being a repeat customer should say it all. As we are doing a house remodel/freshening this year we wanted to update a lot of our prehistoric light fixtures along with fixing a few other electrical-related issues. Rick and his assistant came out right on their scheduled time and I reviewed our 9 requests with them. They quickly went to work and worked diligently throughout the day. The raising of the chandelier and all of the 7 change out tasks went like clockwork. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The final and most difficult job was to install a decorator light in the center of our living room with minimal or no alteration to the existing walls or ceiling. Not an easy request considering we have a two-story home and there was no attic space above the living room. Rick brilliantly (I really mean that word) figured out a way to run a wire from a switch/outlet up thru the concrete block and out to the exterior of the house. He then removed some soffits and ran the wire thru that area about 10 feet where he made a 90 degree turn with the wire and ran it back thru the living room ceiling where it was attached to our new decorator light. The bottom line, not one bit of repair needed to our living room walls or ceiling and our light looks beautiful. That's why I would recommend Rick to others, certainly many other qualified electricians would have been able to do most of my basic required electrical jobs but Rick shined with his creativity to complete this last task. I think this is where he differs from his competition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All in all, they were working in my home from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and I was extremely pleased with the amount charged. They were courteous and worked in a clean manner, something this OCD person appreciates. Also, as noted in other reviews, Barbara was a pleasure to work with in the scheduling of the appointment.
