"A&M Premier were great !!!! It was an awesome experience getting our roof replaced with A&M.â ¦ This was our first roof replacement. On day early in the morning, I had seen their signs and trucks around the neighborhood. The very next day one of their sales representative nock on my door and offer me a free inspection without compromise. Yes, freeeee!!!â ¦ That is hard to get these days, so I accepted, and he did it right then, in the spot. Iâ m glad that accepted because they found some damage on my roof. After he finished, we talked about it. He was very patient with me and explained, very clear, the importance of taking care of it and making the repairs or replace of my roof before it would be a big problem that could affect the integrity or the value of my property. Immediately, I called my insurance, the rep talked to the insurance company and agreed to send them the report of the damages. He handled everything with our insurance for us to basically get our roof replaced. Two days after, one of their reps came and explained all the details of the Job from the Job contract, payments up to the chosen of the roof materials and color. She was very kind and lent me some samples, so I could show my wife and decide together. That is going an extra mile !!!. After the initial payment from the insurance company, we were able to schedule our roof replacement that same week. With out realizing it the day arrived and the Work crew arrived at 6:30 AM, started work at sunup; completed job in 1 day. They covered my bushes, plants, and driveway; they moved pots and replaced everything back where they were. The job took almost 12 hours, but the crew were very diligent about working efficiently, taking care of surrounding landscaping. The crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof and cleaning everything up in a single day. I would highly recommend A&M Roofing to anyone that thinks they might need of a new roof."

"Carlos and Brothers replaced five windows for us. Because we live in an older home, it was necessary for them to custom-fit each of the windows, replacing and sizing most of the frames and sills. Given location of the windows, they also installed flashing under the windows, which rest on our sunroom roof. Their work was excellent! The windows, including painting and sealing surrounding surfaces, are lovely. "Through word of mouth, I called Camden to provide an estimate for a leak in the valley where the roof of the original structure and an addition join together. During the initial inspection/estimate, the original quote was only for repairing the valley at $750, the lowest of three estimates I requested.
Once the workman got on site, he raised concerns regarding the rest of the roof on the addition. The addition on the roof had been placed poorly, to say the least, and he was concerned that even repairing the valley would not correct other defects in roof which could cause more leaks in the future. Also he did not feel the repair could be guaranteed with all the other defects. After a brief discussion and personally looking closer at the roof, the contractor quoted an additional $600 for re-shingling the roof of the addition.
While I will admit it does sound like sand bagging, of the three quotes I received, none of them mentioned the defects in the roof or quoted a price for re-shingling the addition. I believe do it right the first time, so to me the extra money was well spent. In all, from quote to completion took 3 days.
