"Ben Collins does excellent work. He is professional, knowledgeable, very pleasant, respectful and listens. He did everything I originally asked for and more that I requested as the work progressed. Removed old 17 year leaking pool liner. We had a major leak in the filtering system for the last several years. He tested the filter tubing under the cement decking and located the leak. Removed a 3 X 3 square foot cement area to access the leaking joint. Fixed the leak located under the pool deep end skimmer (about 5 feet under the cement surface). Replaced the skimmer. Retested the filter system for leaks. Filled in the 6 foot hole and the top cement surface. Tested another area of the filter system for leaks at my request. Re-piped the above ground filter lines for the valves, pump, sand filter, Nature2 cartridge and the Polaris pump. Patched some cracks in the cement base. Installed the new pool liner. Installed both new skimmer frames, 4 new output ports, new latest "up to code" pool drain. Removed the pool gas heater at my request. Filled the 26000 gallon pool using a city hydrant meter I provided for reduced water costs. Cleaned up after all the work they did and left everything working like it did when it was new 17 years ago. At my request, he delayed doing the replacement work until all the pollen and tree spring droppings were finished. You can't beat this kind of service! HECK YES, I'll hire him again!"

"After a lot of research and meetings, we chose Blue Haven Pools for our pool install, and the only regret I have is that we didn't do this years sooner! We considered going with an alternate company that several neighbors have used, who specialize in vinyl. I am so glad we met the folks at Blue Haven, and not only went with concrete, but also went with them for the design and install. We'd deliberated whether to do a pool for years - it's such a big investment and the process of figuring out what to choose (from material to shape to surrounding patio, etc.) seemed very daunting. But from our first meeting with Blue Haven, our PM John walked us through everything. We started by having them do a design, which is a no-brainer if you are serious about doing a pool. (In fact, we'd already had another design done, and were so excited about Blue Haven's ideas we had them do a second.) While a design is an investment of money, when you are doing this type of major back yard project, I think it's crucial. (And Blue Haven credits that $$ back to your pool build!) Start to finish, the build took around 4 months, and anytime we had questions or concerns, the PM was very attentive. The final result is amazing and I'm so happy we did this. Our entire family is outside ALL the time now, and probably most surprising to me is that we use the space year round, in all seasons, even when we aren't swimming. I think this is illustrative of the difference with Blue Haven - they design an outdoor living space that includes a pool. Other companies are only concerned with providing you with a hole full of water. I've also been impressed with the company's attention to any issues post-install. Even with warranties, you often have to fight to get things addressed. Any small issues that have popped up since our install have been addressed promptly and efficiently. If you are thinking about a pool, I highly recommend going for it, and I HIGHLY recommend going with quality professionals like Blue Haven. <br /> <br />"

"Mike was the first of three plumbers to answer his telephone on a Saturday morning. He said he would be at my house within an hour. It got to an hour and he called and told me that he had been delayed andwas on his way to expect him in 15 minutes. He arrived in less than 15 mins. After inspecting the problem and realizing what he needed to do to effect a repaid, he went to Lowes and purchased the necessary part (a regulator) came back and replaced it. He checked with us that there were no faucets open in the house or appliance switched on and then opened the mains valve. After ascertaining there was no further leak under the house, he came inside to check the water pressure which was good. He advised us that he had removed a length of insulation from beneath the house that was saturated and that we should rent a de-humidifier to dry out where the water had soaked the area. He added that putting a fan beneath the house would also be helpful to circulate the air. He was extremely punctual, professional and friendly. We enjoyed a conversation with him after the work was complete and are going to retain his services forsome other small repairs and odd jobs we need to have done around our property."

"I'll start by saying that Jofmar (Jose and team) delivered well beyond my expectations. I reached out to Jofmar with a few large hardscape projects after long effort to try and find someone that was professional, on time and and cared to do the work. Overall my experience was very pleasant. Victoria graciously helped me with estimates, explained the process well to understand what is involved for each project and then Jose and his team delivered on the product. The first of two projects just finished up -I had stacked stone garden walls built around all my mulched beds. The attention to detail was a delight to see and I can't wait to finally refresh my garden beds. I want to call out that Jose and team really love the work that they do and it shows.
