He was able to make precise cuts to fit my unremovable bathroom vanity and solved a transition flooring issue seamlessly. After having consultations with 4 other contractors, I am so glad that I chose him. Although, my project included 6 rooms, his price was very reasonable, and he was able to get in and out quickly without leaving a mess behind. He cleaned as if he was never there. "Ron’s team showed up on time Friday Sept. 5 and went straight to work. Ron came back late afternoon, the job was 95% completed and told me the job was 756 sq ft and that I owed him 756 x $4 = $3,024. I objected and said that I had two professional written quotes showing the square footage at 677 so I should owe him $2,708. He said he had counted the boxes and he was correct. I didn’t want to have a verbal conflict , nor stop the job before it was complete, so I was at a loss what to do and gave him my check for $3,024 and he left. I soon realized that I was definitely overcharged and called him on Friday, Sept 5 at 4:21 to address my concern. I left a message. Ron never called me back. I waited over the weekend to allow him time to make this situation right. He didn’t so on Tuesday, Sept 9 at 2:24 I called him again, he didn’t answer again so I left him another message expressing my concern. I have never heard back from him. He has never sent me an invoice. He never measured my areas."
