"Tim and his crew showed up a few days after we agreed to the job and worked until nearly dark each day. They always cleaned up the driveway and surounding walkways each evening before leaving. We had not a single flat tire on the cars from nails or staples, which testifies to their detail in keeping things clean. The job took about 3 or 4 days inbetween inclement weather. Tim, the owner, actually worked on the roof also and each day when I'd come home from work, he would stop, climb down the ladder and come over to me and talk to me about the day's progress. Very helpful. I thoroughly checked the entire job when they finished and each and every thing we agreed on had been done. Overall a painless experience. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
