Watched the Safari application (2 times) ... and both times it was done with great detail and complete coverage. They use a green dye to know what has been covered and what not. Called ahead to say they were coming the next day. Talked through what they were going to do for that application when they got here ... and very pleased. Price was competitive. I've learned that when it comes to this kind of service, you get what you pay for. You go cheap-cheap and you'll still have weeds."

They have a prepay program which I will do next year since I switched to them in mid to end of the season. They have come back out to reinspect my grass for a mole problem and they even emailed me a helpful little guide on how to get rid of them. "They do everything from lawn, tree and shrub care to applying lawn chemicals and killing insects and hat kind of things. We had spent in a year about 7 or 800. They also work on irrigation systems which we have on our property. They came out to tune up the system to get it to distribute the water properly. This is the type of problem you start dealing with this stuff. In one place in front of our home, the system was spitting out too much water and keeping the ground too stuff. The mowing service you couldn't mow the grass, so we had to get that cleared up before the season started. They are competitive. They are a first class company. You never have to call them back, because they call you after everything they do. Any criticism you have they send somebody out to fix them. I don't know any other company that works on that basis. What place you know where they actually follow up by calling you to see if you're happy with what they did. That is a unique service. I'm using them now and will continue."

"It's fine, he has only done one treatment, it's not time for another treatment. I'm not due for another month or two. He sprayed for whatever fungus was in the ground at this time. He bases it on what's growing, or what the problem is, and what time of the year it is. I don't know exactly what he did. It was $89, so it's reasonable. I signed up for it and all of a sudden he shows up. He doesn't answer his phone calls, that was something that I did not like. He showed up ready to spray, and I said wait a minute, I didn't know you were coming. That kind of stuff irritates me. It was a half price deal, which means if I buy it, it's going to be more. He tried pushing for mosquito spraying for the yard. We do have mosquito's here, but I did not want that because, it kills else. All of the stuff that I don't want to kill. I didn't like that part. It was just one treat, and I just had a brand new lawn put in. I have a problem out there, and I don't know how to stop it. I need to stop my dog from peeing all over. He's not real consistent."
