"It is hard to review this company. The contractor they sent to do my widows was great! His name is Heath Coffield from Coffield construction. So, this company does have great work. However, their customer services outside of the contractor they hired is not great. They will go weeks on end without giving you any type of update and since they do not notate things will, there was miscommunication."

Terril and Brian Kay saw a need in the White Mountains region for a company to install a full range of exterior building materials. All Custom Exteriors Inc. has become that ONE STOP SHOP providing dependable customer service linked with quality craftsmanship to meet your exterior building needs. Your advantage? You no longer need to work with multiple contractors. You gain guaranteed customer satisfaction with one company led by owners with 27 years of combined professional experience! From the beginning the Kay family set a goal to achieve and maintain a reputation of value and quality in services offered. In part this is accomplished by All Customs Exteriors offering a wide assortment of choices with a focus on quality. Their goal is to provide high standards in old fashion service with competitive pricing while always striving to offer skilled workmanship using quality materials. The growth of All Customs Exteriors demanded a top-quality Showroom for exterior building products for the White Mountains Region. In 2007 this need was met with the completion of a beautiful 4,000 square foot showroom and an 18,000 square foot warehouse. Additional DBA - All Custom Exteriors Inc. "We were going to have multiple jobs done, Siding, facia, soffits, windows and rain gutters with covers. Had good experiences with the girls in the front office and with the gentleman that came out to measure (I even helped him measure). However it was a totally different story with the gentleman overseeing the job. I called in to talk to someone about an issue I thought we might have with insulation and was told I would receive a call, which never came. I went to the office today to put a deposit down and to get clarification on possibly adding to the job and making sure everything was ok. The office gal told Trent that I needed to talk to him. He came out acting put out that he had to talk to me. I tried to explain to him what I thought might be needed. He gave me an attitude and proceeded to argue with me (the customer). I said then come out to the house and see what I am talking about, he then told me he could see what type of person I was and that they didn't want to do our job. Now he doesn't know me from Adam and even if I didn't know what I was talking about he should have handled the situation better. He managed to get me to be as rude as he was and that's not easy. I do not normally express negative experiences, but this was beyond that and very upsetting. I am glad that the company is doing so well that they can treat people like that and turn down decent sized jobs. I noticed that the negative reviews all have Trent as the common denominator. If I was the owners I would take a good look at that. I do not recommend this company especially if you want to be treated respectful."
