"I called Chris expecting to not get a response, let alone an appointment for the work, for a couple days. I know that Chris is a pretty busy plumber. He called me back right away and I had an appointment for the work later that same day. Wow. The work required the dry wall to be cut into and removed. He cut clean holes, saving the drywall pieces to be replaced after the repair. His repair was very detailed oriented. He even worried about and took care of the interior of the adjacent wall. That is, the moisture that could cause mold."

"Royce Custom Finishes did a complete and high-quality upgrade of our home in Eagle, Idaho. This company does far more than painting and finishes and excels at all of their services. A list of jobs they accomplished for us: 1) Repairs to and some replacement of cedar fencing on our 2/3 acre lot, including two full coats of stain on the entire. The fencing is now like new. 2) Replaced lighting fixtures throughout the home with modern brushed nickel fixtures of our choice and upgraded all lighting to LED. Also replaced all door hardware with brushed nickel for a consistent and uniform look throughout. 3) Gutted the garage of all old shelving/cabinets and primed, sealed and repainted the garage. They then thoroughly prepped the garage floor for a new, attractive, durable, easy-maintenance epoxy floor coating and installed rolling shelving. 4) Extensive repainting of interior of home, aiding in selection of harmonious, rich, subtle, light-reflecting colors for a beautifully updated look. 5) Repainted all fascia/gutters, front door and side windows in an attractive modern burnished brown color, again for an updated look. And again, they were very thorough on prep work. 6) Repaired floor of storage shed, painted exterior, installed solar interior motion lights. Hauled away truckloads of unwanted items. 7) Installed stainless gutter guards in all gutters on the house to protect from leaf accumulation and assure free-flowing gutters and downspouts. They were courteous, professional and extremely helpful, including numerous trips to charities or the dump for recyclables or trash. We were especially impressed with the thoroughness of their prep work on all projects and how clean the premises were kept throughout. We just can't recommend Royce Custom Finishes highly enough. They are now our go-to contractors for almost all home renovation needs."

(Two other firms that I called were not interested in my business, they said to call the window manufacturer.) "<strong>How'd it go? Perfect!</strong> Peter met and exceeded my expectations. <br /> I sought bids from three vendors for this project. I choose Peter because of his listening skills and attention to details. He spotted all the areas needing attention without me pointing them out. What I wanted was a variation of a Shaker door, and he was able to provide the custom touch. The stain color is a perfect match and the reconditioning of the cabinet carcasses made them look and feel nearly brand new. The quality of his work is outstanding. <br /> As a single woman, I need service providers I can trust to be looking out for me in an honest, ethical manner. I have been disappointed far too many times with other home improvement projects. What a treat it is to feel positive about a service provider before, during, and after the project is completed. His estimate wasn't the lowest of the three vendors, however, the decision to go with Nova/Peter was a no brainer. The others were slick salesmen trying to sell me in their product/stain color, or were patronizing. Peter simply listened to what I wanted and discussed what he could provide. Without me asking, he provided several options that allowed me to determine how much I wanted to invest in the project.  <br /> I scheduled the project about 6 months ahead of time. Between the initial visit through the project, Peter's level of communication was appropriate... staying in touch without bothering me too much. When he came to take the final measurements, he clearly remembered what we discussed months before. "I found G to be a really nice guy like Tory. As a matter or fact they were best of friends who ofter exchanged work ideas. G was really apologetic because the job before mine took longer than expected. It was late evening but he came on anyway and I appreciated that. I am getting things around my home ready for winter, so he installed a new door sweep on my garage fire wall door. He adjusted a couple of my sprinkler heads and cleaned out one that was clogged. G was very thorough in doing his job and I was greatly satisfied."
