"Stephan was great. My new flooring is gorgeous! He also warned me that when the flooring was installed my baseboards would be lower and I would need to paint or that I could install taller ones. He even assisted me on completing a flooring job left unfinished upstairs by another contractor. I did not have any big surprises or extra costs."

"The top part of our manufactured wood floor had come up. We thought we would have to replace the entire floor. However Great Expectations was able to cut out and replace just the damaged section with a spare slat that we had. They did a very clean job and we are very appreciative that we did not have to replace the entire floor."

"I had an excellent experience working with this company to install a new door in my home. The team was highly skilled and completed the job in a timely manner. The craftsmanship is top-notch and I have already noticed a significant improvement in energy efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of window and door installation services."

"We hired AKAL construction llc (aka ASV cabinets) to install cement board type siding on our house beacuse they were the most competitively priced. Sometimes when you go with the lowest bid, you "get what you pay for". But these guys were TOP NOTCH! They were on time, communicative, and worked fast and hard, and cleaned up everyday that they were here! They were also patient and understanding with change orders and material shortages. We will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for siding or any other trade work."

"Falcon Flooring installed engineered hardwood throughout my home. Because of multiple past remodels, nothing was exactly square or level, but Joseph, the owner, and the two installers working with him, Andrew and Ambrose managed to mitigate imperfections and produce a beautiful result. They paid attention to every detail, indulged my perfectionism without making me feel bad about it, and worked 8-10 hour days, only taking a brief lunch break as far as I could tell. They were pleasant to have in my home, respectful of my space, and meticulous in their work. I’ll hire them again when I do the remaining two rooms."

"The wood flooring installer and his son did a good job, but now the carpet installer has to come and trim and secure the carpet where it joins the new floor. Tomorrow will be two days with the carpet rolled back into the living room waiting for the new installation! And in two days, we have the 24th and 25th family events that we may have to put off. In the meantime, I am becoming rather impatient!"

"I been recommending this two to my family and friends. They did an amazing job. They are both highly skilled and very knowledgeable with this craft. They were able to answer all my questions and gave me great advice before and after installing my floor."

"They were very professional. On time with plenty of samples on hand. Very pleasant to talk though the selection process with. Eager to get the job done and completed in the short crunch time I was working with. I recieved the bid within hrs the same day. Loved doing business with them. I would definitely have them back for other projects when they arise!"
