Hiago, the owner, was quick with the estimate, professional, knowledgeable, very honest about not being the lowest price but the level of customer service and warranty convinced us American Pavers was the way to go! He worked with our timetable, was on-site to ensure everything was going as planned and to our satisfaction. This company is about customer service and they excel at it! "The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

They came out the same day to give a quote, were patient and understanding when we had to change project details, and were quick to respond and happy to answer questions. However, as soon as we tried to plan a day to have the foundation poured, everything changed. I was told (on a Wednesday) that they would let me know if they would be out the same day or the next day. I never heard anything back (despite calling several times). On Monday, I was able to speak to someone. However, I had to go over the project details again. We discussed days and agreed on Wednesday. However, no one ever came out and I never received a call to confirm/reschedule. I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through Angi, but no one ever responded. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience."

Think of cement as the glue and concrete as the finished product. Cement is a powdered mix of heated limestone and clay. When you blend that powder with water, sand, and gravel, it hardens into concrete—the strong, durable material used for driveways, patios, and foundations. In other words, every concrete slab contains cement, but cement on its own isn’t strong enough for a driveway.

A concrete driveway endures for 25 to 30 years with proper maintenance and installation. A concrete driveway lasts long because its durable composition and robust construction provide excellent resistance to wear and weather.
