"It went great. You get what you pay for; professionalism and quality work!! Steve explained what he was doing and showed me the results as he cleaned the ducts. A huge vacuum was attached at the heat/cooling unit outside while Steve blew pressurized air with a rotating whip-like device that scrubbed the cold air returns and the heating ducts as it pushed the debris toward the vacuum. It was amazing to watch and to see what was being removed. Don't confuse this process with competitors who just vacuum your ducts. I would definitely hire Steve again!!! I feel so much better about our home's air quality and wish I had done it sooner but am especially glad that my Mom will move into a home with clean air!! The cost was $936 for two homes including a 10% discount. (There is a base fee of $190 plus $20 per duct and it took 2 hours per house.)"

"Nate is fantastic! I have had previous companies do vent cleaning but none came close to how thorough he was. Our 40 year-old home had never had the vents cleaned and they were all filthy. Nate spent almost 6 hours cleaning them all out from the furnace first and then from each floor register vent. He then spent two hours assisting with our fireplace,converting it from wood-burning to an electric insert. He is very through, efficient, friendly, and excellent with creative solutions. There was a duct that had some substance spilled in it and he wiped it all out and there was another duct where the speculation is that a cat urinated into it. Jared did a special job of cleaning that duct and there is no smell left."
