"It was relatively inexpensive for the entire fencing. It was a very good deal compared to what a home improvement store had originally quoted. It was a good experience. Everything was fine. He had his workers come out every day and they installed the fence maybe in about a week. I think it was just a little bit more work than what he anticipated. But that wasn't my issue. He took care of it. He actually put a flyer on my door and on my neighbor's door. She called and said she was having them come out and give her an estimate. I wanted him to also give me an estimate and we made a deal between the two of us with him. I would use him again in the future if I ever needed to."

"Daniel from Bravo fence came on December 2nd to give me a quote for the job. He provided me the quote onsite. Later that day we set the date of the install as December 16th. On December 15th I received a text asking to gain access to the property to "remeasure". Via the text I found out that Daniel was no longer with the company and they needed to verify the measurements. I asked via text if there was a problem with making the installation visit and never received a response back. I waited at home for the installation team on the 16th an no one showed. I called to find out that they were not coming for the installation because they did not have the product. I wasted time off work at home needlessly. Over the next few days I had to call the vendor no less than 3 times to find out when the installation would be rescheduled. Finally a date was set as December 28th. When the installation team arrived on the 28th no one spoke English. They did a nice job with the installation overall, but the customer service at Bravo is not existent. From all the calls I made there I only received one returned call. I never received an apology for not being able to make the first installation date. All that was said was they had to follow up on all of Daniel's jobs. Clearly that is not my problem or fault related to my waste of time waiting for the installation. When I called after the job was completed saying that no one spoke English, there was no apology again. No customer service at all!"
