"**** UPDATE**** I expressed my concerns with the Management and they were very understanding. They explained the pricing and agreed to adjust the price. Again...the workmanship and Customer Service was great. There was just a miscommunication in the pricing. ----------------- Old Review: Extremely Expensive. Had ~10 ft of LED under cabinet lighting installed for close to $600. $200 for an outlet and $400 for the install of the lights. The LED kit was only $25. I know because I had to let them know which kit was needed. It seems a little unfair to charge this much for such and easy install."

"From the initial contact to the job completion, Allstar Electric gets an A+!!! Kate called to talk about my needs for repair. She was able to accommodate my tight scheduling needs and was able to get a tech out there the very next day, (A Saturday, no less) Brittney called with about a 45 minute eta for the tech. Shawn, the tech, then called me with about a 20 minute eta. Kate explained to me, on the initial call, that there wasn't a trip fee, which I appreciate. Once Shawn diagnosed the problem, he was able to fix the problem for under $300! (The first quote I received was upwards of $1,200 and there was talk of needing to rewire and cut into the drywall) He was in and out within 2 hours of arriving at my home! I will hire Allstar for as long as I'm a homeowner in their service area! Thank you all so much for your excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills."

"This is the third time that we have used Juan for electrical projects and he has always done a great job at a reasonable price.   Our living room had no overhead lighting and we were tired of having the lamp cords run across the floor.   Our house is a 2 story and there are high vaulted ceilings with skylights over the living room.   The house was constructed in 1980 and definately has some quirks.   Juan was very patient and persistent even when running into some structural issues (studs in the way) when other electricians would have given up.   He took his time and got the job completed.   We love our new lights and would definately reccommend Juan to anyone who needs electrical work. <br />"

"I did quite a bit of research on it. They work on low voltage lighting.  <br /> <br /> He kept me informed every step of the way. They came on time. They had a nice vehicle with the name of the company on it. He was wearing a white shirt with the company insignia on it. Of course, he took it off when he started crawling through my bushes with the lights. which I fully understand. They gave a professional impression. He was a kindly, experienced electrician which I appreciated. The job got done quickly and efficiently. It was expensive, but I had a lot of stuff that needed to be done, and the transformer was expensive. The people on the phone and the gentleman that came out were very impressive.  <br /> <br /> The quality was excellent. I would definitely use them again for any low voltage jobs."

The design was better than I could have imagined and the price and timeline estimates were on target. "Chris was excellent. He is not a salesman or front office type guy. He is the guy who actually installs the lights, and as a licensed electrician he speaks with knowledge. I was confident enough in his ability and integrity to pay him before actually seeing the installed lights at night. He then came out twice to reposition lights and make some changes. I unhesitatingly recommend him."
