"Had them replace all the locks on my new house. The technician they sent out was clean, professional, and knew his stuff. Very impressed because I have actually had a bad experience with another company in the past, who send a guy that spoke no english in an unmarked vehcile, and the tech that Bob's sent blew this other guy out of the park. I had about 12 doors I wanted the hardware swapped on and he was very quick. I bought my own hardware off amazon and he knew exactly how to install it right. The price was very reasonable as well, and they did not charge me a penny more than they quoted! Also a one up from the last time I used a locksmith, who I have now come to learn was probably a scammer. Anyway Bob's is fantastic, I cannot sing them enough praises!
