"Price was competitive and included a 50 year warranty which was great. My new roof looks okay but is crooked in places, the roofers left nails all over my yard, 6 months later and I'm still finding nails in my yard. In addition to that they left a huge oil stain on my driveway that I had to argue with the foreman about until it got cleaned up. The first day on the job and the foreman said I had a nice house and asked what my husband does for work. I said I don't have a husband, and he asked if my parents helped me purchase my home. I let him know that I purchased the house on my own. 2 months after the roof was completed I still had not received my warranty. It took me about 6 phone calls, and an email to the owner before I got the warranty sent to me. After I emailed the owner the foreman sent a snarky text saying I should have contacted him instead of the company. All in all it might be worth the competitive price if you're willing to put up with misogyny and to stay on top of things."

"When TED first proposed the Job he went thru a verbal description explaining the work that needed to be done and I was impressed with his knowledge and insights. We did not haggle on price in that I had other estimates and wanted to give Ted the incentive to do the job right and in a timely manner. He met all those goals. While his scheduling could use a little help, he did our job in a reasonable timeframe. As a validation on the quality my neighbor saw what was done and immediately hired Ted to do their home which was the same color, etc. He is working on their house now."

"In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. He also damaged the weep holes on most of our lower level windows. We were left with a huge mess, and lost half the money we paid up front.
