He fixed the lines that were leaking, replaced sprinkler heads as necessary, and set up the system so the watering will be done correctly. They seriously lack communication. I had to chase them down for updates, and even then, the answers were vague or flat-out wrong. It felt like they had no idea what was going on with my project. The work they delivered? Sloppy at best. Corners were cut, details overlooked, and timelines ignored. It honestly seemed like they hired random people off the street with no training or accountability. They overpromise and underdeliver?big time. "I tried everything I could to avoid leaving a bad review. I hired them to xeriscape my parkway. They were going to do everything but the plants. When they were finishing up the job, one of the guys said go get your plants and we’ll come back tomorrow and finish that up with the drip. I got the plants and despite multiple attempts to have them come and finish the job and clean up the mess they left they didn’t show up. We tried calling and texting and they still didn’t show up. They also didn’t use the gravel that I selected and by the time I realized, it was too late. Unfortunately, I cant recommend this company."

They removed or transplanted the existing vegetation; dug, leveled, and compacted the foundation; precisely placed every paver, filled the boxes with fresh topsoil, and installed drip irrigation. They also put down fabric and gravel in the walkways and around our shed to complete the look and keep weeds down. I couldn't be happier! They were punctual, professional, fast, and very reasonably priced considering the scope of the job. We will definitely call them again for future projects and recommend them to family and friends."
