"I don't know if the estimator didn't tell the truth, didn't communicate, or was impacted by the inebriating effects of alcohol or illegal substances but this whole project was an unmitigated disaster. Who didn't remember what we had talked about each time I talked to him. It was like his brain reset each time. He didn't remember what he said, what the problem was, or what we had discussed at all. I don't drink, but I think everyone at this company probably does."
