I knew there had to be a better plan and ran the ad on Angi saying, “I’m looking for a concrete expert who’s not afraid to DREAM with me”! Theo called and set up an appointment to look and to dream! He carefully and thoroughly routed and ground out all crack and took his time properly rehabilitating cracks. Then, all the surface of the entire area was ground with a large commercial unit for adhesion. Then, the was “broomed” for surface traction. I don’t generally write glowing recommendations but I can wholeheartedly endorse Concrete Repair Experts! Theo will be back in the Spring to re-surface the sidewalk in front. I’ve told CRE to use this job near Nashville for others to see if they need this kind of work. Theo has saved us tens of thousands and does much of the work himself."

"There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."

"Agustive and his associate did a great job. They demolished some back brick steps and replaced with concrete steps. Disassembled front landing bricks and rebuilt with the matching bricks. Looks great! They showed us immediately and completed the job in 3 days. Also did some patch-work around my pool and repaired some extra patio joints at no extra charge."

"Byron Lowe, one of the company's owners, came out to look at what needed to be done. After looking at the basement, he suspected that water from the gutters was causing the problem. When he got up on a ladder and examined the gutter over the leak, he discovered it had a big hole in it. He sealed the hole with caulk, and also cleared the gutter and roof of leaves. He suggested that we have another gutter installed next to the front porch. We were very relieved that an expensive repair wasn't needed."
