"I entered this project with a lot of uncertainty. I needed to replace my entire driveway, which is on a steep hill and requires electric heater mats installed within the concrete. Unlike many of the other concrete companies that bid this project, Kevin Jones the owner of ConcretePRF was able to answer all of my questions, offer advice and plans, and most important of all, was more than willing to work with me as a partner on all aspects of the project. His vast knowledge and experience with concrete was apparent and a critical factor in the success of the project. He was willing to work with me to plan how to install the electric heater mats within the concrete slab, which is a lot more complex than a normal driveway installation. I especially appreciated his responsiveness before, during, and after the job. He always picked up the phone or returned my messages promptly, and answered all of my many questions to my satisfaction. Kevin also did a great job on the schedule and working around the weather, to make sure that the job was done before winter as required. The execution of the job by his crew and the resulting driveway more than exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with ConcretePRF and would not hesitate to recommend his company for any concrete project. <br /> The demolition crew removed the old driveway quickly and carefully. They were careful to cause no damage where the driveway connected to the garage, deck, and shed. They left the job site clean and free of debris. They also did a good job of preparing a good, compact subbase, including using a hydraulic plate tamper where some erosion had occurred under the slab, per the directions from Kevin. <br /> The concrete crew was extremely competent and responsive, and the crew foreman worked directly with me to make sure his crew performed the correct installation of the electric heater mats during the concrete pour, which needed to be at a particular depth in the concrete and at a particular spacing. These heater mats made the job a lot more complex than is usual, but the crew handled this in a very professional manner and the result was excellent. <br /> Overall, I am happy with all subgrade and other preparations, and am also satisfied with how the concrete was reinforced, poured, finished, and cured. The driveway itself looks great, as it curves up the hill in a visually appealing manner. The grading of the overall surface controls rain water as planned. The broom finish looks great and adds to the traction. All of the installed heaters worked this winter during snowy and icy conditions. This was a project well done, and I am very happy I chose ConcretePRF to do the work! <br />"

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "We had Speck poor our 24x30 garage slab and part of our driveway. The crew on the job was excellent. Always asking if we were happy with the progress so far. We added a few things on them last minute and they never seemed irritated or annoyed in the least. (Even though it was 100 degrees out) My husband was always in contact with Jeremy, and he was always quick to return phone calls if he didn't answer. My husband said he is a stand up guy! The crew was always on time and professional and cleaned up the area everyday before they left.  I would highly recommend this company to anybody! You might pay a little bit more but its completely worth it because you know you are getting people that know what they are doing and care about the finished product. I will definitely be using Speck in the future. <br />"

"The team came out and found that what I thought was a roof leak was actually condensation from a vent run, and said there was nothing he could do but recommended a good local contractor. I was grateful for the expertise and honesty, and did sign him up to do some other routine roof maintenance which was offered for a very reasonable price. Charged me nothing for identifying the problem and the original trip out."

"I had E Pride LLC replace a ~16x11 ft section of my driveway that was badly damaged. My experience with E Pride LLC was very good and I will definitely contact them again for any of my future concrete needs. I reached out to about 6 concrete contractors in the Des Moines area to get estimates. E Pride LLC was one of the few that actually answered my call and I didn't have to leave a message and hope to hear back. Gilbert at E Pride LLC was able to come out and give me an estimate within a couple days of first contacting him. Gilbert laid out the pros and cons of my options: a less expensive patch job vs. a little more expensive replacement, and gave his opinion on what he would do if it was his driveway. It didn't seem like I was getting a sales pitch on the more expensive option; just giving me the information to make a decision. Plus, the things he was saying about the different options were in line with what I'd been hearing from other contractors, so I didn't have any doubts about his integrity. The price estimate from E Pride LLC was competitive with the other estimates I got, but the biggest factor for me choosing E Pride LLC was how responsive Gilbert was with communication. Originally we scheduled the job to be done on June 18, but Gilbert contacted me on June 7 to ask if it would be possible to do the job the next day. Luckily I was available, so the job ended up getting done a week and a half ahead of schedule."

"It?s a good group. I?m familiar with them outside of work that I have done with them and I know the owner of the company, he?s a great guy and they do good work. They are a little bit pricey, but the quality is worth it. There was no charge for the quote."

"I needed a small section of my driveway replaced. Due to the section of driveway, it was definitely not a DIY job. Contacted between 20-30 companies and Webb was one of the few that took the time to consider it. Andy worked my job into the schedule when he had another job in the area since it didn't require a great deal of concrete. His crew showed up on time, was pleasant to speak with, knocked the work out quickly and it looks great. I'll be sure to contact Webb in the future when I have a need for a larger concrete job."
