"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house. They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Luxury roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof! They communicated well and were able to start work very quickly. The guys working were respectful of the property and cleaned up everything. I would absolutely recommend them for any home improvement work!"

"We had to go to the bear bones of the roof because in thoes days they only used wide boards to hold shakes for a roof now code demands plywood for a base. The work and workers were fantastic, fast, worked as a well tuned crew and were respectful and polite. They cleaned up and left the yard cleaner than before they came! We will have Alliance Home Improvement as our "go to project team" in the future as this old house will become new again with their skill. Thank you Alliance Home Improvement for all your hard work!"

"Installed and impressed with service. Great communication ?"

"Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were professional and friendly. They worked long hours to get the work done. Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. Dave let us know about any issues with the bare roof. The new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone."

"I recently hired Exteriors of CT to replace the windows and gutters and install vinyl siding on my house. They did an excellent job. Their rep spent as much time with us as we needed to plan the jobs appropriately. Their pricing was more detailed, and ultimately lower, than others we had quoted making us comfortable we were getting the best value with them. In executing the jobs we were pleased with some of the extra details they included that were not explicitly listed in the contract. Unfortunately for us, there was lots of hidden rot that was uncovered during the process which lead to considerable extra work. This extra work did, of course, result in additional cost but they were reasonable in negotiating these costs. We felt they were quite fair about keeping the additional costs under control. We are very pleased with the final result. I have recommended them to one person considering similar work on their house, and will do so for others."

"Charles and his crew did an awesome job. They were prompt and professional. They cleaned up and took the time to explain everything they did and why. Their knowledge of R values and how to properly insulate for best results is second to none. Top Notch installed both blown in insulation and rolled in insulation in my attic. Part of my attic had exposed floor joists. They build a walkway so I could easily access the unfinished portion of my attic. They offered advise and guidance for additional projects. They were flexible with my schedule and were able to squeeze me in so my other projects would not fall behind. Charles and his team sincerely have the customers best interest at heart and genuinely care about the quality of work they do. I had a pleasurable experience working with the Top Notch Team and would highly recommend them. Thank you Charles for all your hard work and I look forward to working with you again. Sincerely Amanda"

"What a wonderful group. Very friendly and personable. Efficient doesn’t begin to cover the quality of their work. Beautifully cleaned windows, screens and sills. I asked for their business card so I can recommend to our realtor who is about to put our house on the market. Thank you for rating them so highly. They deserve the most stars!"
