He was very clean and neat with any mess he made while installing the outlets and ceiling fan. The fan was in our master bedroom and he laid a clean tarp over the bed and carpet before he started. The small holes he made to install the ceiling fan were patched with spackle and are not even noticeable. He even reviewed with us how to operate the fan/light and change the bulbs.
