"Joe Lombardo/ NML Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. His price was better than the other 3 companies that quoted the project but most importantly, he and his crew did a high quality job! I liked the fact that Joe, the owner of the company, personally quoted the project and then was on site when his crew performed the work. There was no miscommunication or forgotten contractual items. The crew worked incredibly hard and had the old roof torn off and re-shingled in one long day. They also did a very thorough cleanup when done. I don't think I found one nail on the ground anywhere in the weeks following their work. Joe was super easy to deal with and delivered on every promise made. Here is an example of the kind of guy Joe is: While doing a final walkdown I noticed a downspout elbow between my first and second floor roof was missing. Joe's crew searched for it but could not find it. Joe committed to replacing it. Now, I assumed that would not actually happen and it's like a $3 item at Lowes so I just replaced it myself the next day. Sure enough, a day or two later Joe called to tell me he was ready to send his crew over to replace the elbow that evening. That just confirmed for me that I made the right choice by having NML do my roof replacement."

The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. "Excellent! This company installed a new roof at my Latham property a month or so ago and did an amazing job! They are very hard working and don't mess around. They are there to get the job done and that is exactly what they did. They tarpped my home to protect the windows, etc. and also tarpped the grounds so that nails/woods would end up on the tarp and not the lawn. I found one nail three weeks later. Awesome job guys! I would hire this company again without hesitation!"

"Hernan and his team completed a roof replacement in June. Hernan's price was fair and reasonable. They worked hard for the entire day and stayed until the job was complete in the early evening. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly at the conclusion of the job. A few days after the job was completed, I noticed a piece of shingle on the skirting didn't adhere well to the adhesive. I called Hernan to let him know. Within an hour, one of his guys was at my house fixing the minor issue. I highly recommend Center Construction"
