"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. "The flat roof over our medical office had reached the point where repairs were interfering with normal building operations. Leaks had occurred above a records room and near a staff corridor, while the roof surface contained blisters, open seams, and soft insulation around one internal drain. The building remained active throughout the week, so excessive noise, uncontrolled dust, interior access, and unexpected utility interruptions were major concerns. The contractor performed the exterior inspection and reviewed the affected interior areas after patient hours. A complete replacement was recommended because moisture extended beyond the visible openings and the existing membrane had widespread age-related deterioration. We selected a fully adhered single-ply system installed over new tapered insulation and a cover board. The proposal also included drain work, roof-hatch flashing, penetration details, and a measurable allowance for concealed deck repairs."

"Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"Dino turned an incredibly stressful situation with my flat roof and made me feel at ease. My tenants sent me video of it effectively raining in the house and now it’s dry as a bone. Dino had excellent communication and the job was completed quickly and professionally. He was able to fix my roof before hurricane Ida hit and saved my building from a total loss. Due to his experience, I wound up saving a ton of money. My regular contractor thought the roof needed to be replaced, but Dino said it only needed a restoration and wound up saving me thousands and guaranteed his work.
