"Was quoted to remove debris and do a low pressure wash on the roof. When tech showed up I showed him the area with my biggest concern. He started most of it should come off . The debris was blown all over my deck and shrubs which isn’t a huge issue. The low pressure washing didn’t include any cleaner just a rinse that a hard rain could duplicate. Half way through the job I get a call with them wanting an additional $1600 to actually clean the roof claim my 5 year old metal roof is oxidized. When I compare I was basically told that’s all you get for the money."

"They came and power washed my home which has dark green siding. The next day there were white spots all over the siding. I called the company and was told it was soap residue. They informed me I could rinse the house down myself they would not come back and make any corrections. "
