Generally my professional rate works out to be about $50/hr. For design renderings, my fees start at $200 and go up depending on time and complexity, but generally work out to about $30/hr. I am a sole proprietorship with little overhead and because of that, I have very low prices compared to bigger residential firms out there. I also have a flexible schedule to get projects out in a reasonable timeframe.
