"I have used Supreme Electric for a variety of electrical services for over 2 years â replacing outlets to support new wall A/C units, replacing a damaged outlet, replacing a light fixture, upgrading my circuit panel and most recently installing a bathroom ventilation fan another electrician said could not be done. I was also provided assistance finding a carpenter to vent the fan out of my attic and I am considering future installation of a generator. Michael is always pleasant, professional and respectful and the quality of work is excellent. He explains exactly what is needed, prices are reasonable, he communicates clearly and promptly as work is being planned and he is always on time for scheduled work. But, when he got to my house he discovered the previous Electrician left two live wires in the 3 way switch. He could've easily have charged me more than the original quote but he kept his promise at the original price. The work was outstanding, professional and courteous. He cleaned up and was on time. "The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. From my perspective, Vitex is the only vendor for high end state of the art installations."

"Our project involved removing and old retaining wall, walkway and front steps, and installing a new two tiered Goshen Stone retaining wall, with integrated steps and walkway. In addition, we added on a new front porch, which had two columns that were veneered with Goshen stone. <br /> <br /> Lee met with us in April to discuss the project and enter a bid. Lee spent two hours with us going over the details of the project and suggesting ideas. <br /> <br /> We met with 5 other landscapers, and while most of them required multiple calls to get answers to questions, or to come up with a quote, Lee was always responsive, and extremely helpful throughout. Several times I would email Lee with a question around 8 pm, and he would respond that same evening. When we asked Lee if he could bring over samples, he dropped them off that night, or first thing the next morning. <br /> <br /> Once the project started, Lee's crew was very courteous, and made an effort to keep the site as clean as possible. I get home from work late, so most nights I would get home after the crew was gone for the day. But if I called Lee with questions, he always responded that same night. Once, I had a question on a Friday night, and Lee came over first thing Saturday morning to take care of it. <br /> <br /> The work was done on time, and on budget. PLus Lee did several extras without me even asking. For example, part of the project included expanding part of my driveway, which Lee did. But then he took the time to fix a number of cracks and potholes in my driveway with the leftover asphalt. <br /> <br /> I am incredibly impressed both the workmanship and the customer service.
