"1st he called my back within 5 mins. I needed anout 2-3 feet of snow removed from the end of my driveway. I was gone so he drove by to asses the situation and give me a quote. The call and the drive-by were finished within an hour of a request. The price was reasonable and he returned about an hour later and very quickly removed the snow.
