"He arrived on time. After disconnecting the vent hose, he ran a cable with a camera into the vent pipe. The monitor showed a complete blockage. He started at the bottom and then went on the roof and worked from there. It took about 45 minutes. When he was through, he ran the camera up the vent again and it was completely clear. He replaced the hose, pushed the dryer back into place (very tight area) and cleaned up lint that had gotten on the floor. He then gave me an estimate for cleaning our carpets (at my request) and gave me a very reasonable written quote. He was professional throughout. He is the owner and does all work himself. We are extremely pleased with the results. The dryer wouldn't dry anything before the cleaning, now works like new."

I thought I was getting a furnace cleaning for just $59.95 like they stated in their advertisement but they charged me $216 to check and clean my furnace. I told the company about the dust and very heavy white particles in my vents beforehand so that they would be aware of my home situation. It had been so bad that two of my vacuums have been ruined. They told me that they couldn't take the price down from $216 to $59.95 and to speak to the owner. I left my phone number and he still hasn't called me back."

He went through a 20 point 'comfort' inspection with me which not only covered the AC unit, but he checked out the furnace where it connected too. He had mentioned other specials that they were having and I was not very interested until he asked me if he could put a tube camera down my ducts to see if there is build up there. UGH. I had no idea of the amount of dust etc (legos) that had built up in there! <br /> I was able to get a good deal (sale I think?) on the additional duct service because I added it with the AC Service call and he did it the same day! <br /> I was impressed with the service, thoroughness, and my house feels so much more clean now that I got all that extra dirt out!!"
