"You can't get better than Wally in terms of quality, professionalism, and consistency. He removed all the sand in our yard, filled it with loam, spread seed, and built a brand new stone patio. He took the time to explain everything to us and ways to improve the project, but NOT for the cost. He helped us save money every step of the way. For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Excellent. They finished the job quickly, did excellent work and provided spotless cleanup. I would highly recommend them. The job involved tearing down an existing chimney, rebuilding and reflashing it and replacing the surrounding roofing."

The irrigation system malfunctioned early in the summer resulting in large bare patches. The irrigation folks were obviously not informed as the lawn mowers kept mowing as the bare spots appeared and grew."
