"We looked at several options for replacing our siding. We settled on Hardiplank on the front and Cedar Impressions on the sides and back along with new gutters and leaf guard. Then came the task of finding the right contractor and reviewing multiple bids. Not all contractors we found worked with these (particularly the Cedar Impressions). Bel Islands made a great first impression. I found Bel Islands from an online search and all the reviews were very positive, especially about the responsiveness, personal attention and quality of work. Andrei came over within a day or so to review the job and understand what we wanted to do. He provided valuable suggestions on some detail work that would both make it look nice and be more functional. He treated the job and made suggestions as if it was his house. He was very responsive as we went back and forth on color selections and some additional ideas. The team that did the work was great. They worked not only quickly (through some very hot days), but the attention to detail was great and it showed in the finished product. We had reviewed proposals from several contractors. Bel Islands pricing was very reasonable for what was being done and the overall value was fantastic as we were very pleased with our interactions with both Andrei and the installation team....as well as the great quality of work. I am not sure what better reference can be provided than just saying.....I would definitely use Bel Islands again for future projects."

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."
