"There was a 2-3 week delay in getting the windows for the enclosed patio but no fault of Porch Masters. <br /> In fact they got us a $500 reduction for the delay. Last June I called for some small additional work on the porch & they responded immediately. It should be noted that they provided many references prior to the job. I called on 3 who were all very happy with their work. My wife & I are very happy with the total experience & are glad to give this excellent review."

"My roof had sustained damage from recent severe storms in my area. I contacted several roofing companies, through internet searches and some local advertisers. I received a few inspections and multiple estimates, but wasn't satisfied or felt comfortable enough with any of those contractors to hire them do the job. So, I started asking around for referrals from friends and neighbors. My coworker recommended Braswell construction, since she's used their services before and were very pleased. I called right away, spoke to owner Chris Braswell, we setup an appointment and he came out the next day. He assessed the roof, and we both agreed that my entire roof needed immediate replacement. Chris was very professional, he explained all the details clearly for me to understand. Two days later his team were out replacing my roof. They did an excellent job, completed the roof and cleaned up the debris all in the same day. I am totally loving my new roof! it looks amazing, and I'm glad I went with the color shingles Chris suggested based off his experience...since I couldn't make up my mind picking a color. I am very glad I chose Braswell and would definitely recommend them in the future. The service was superb! Carolee"

"MR. Jackson advised and referred me to another contractor, who he thought would be better suited for the job that I had. He stated that he did not have the equipment to find the pipes that were being restricted without digging up the whole yard. I have been unable to get the referred contractor and am still in need of someone to repair my irrigation system."

"The quality of the deck, grow box and retaining wall are very good. I'm getting great vegetables out of the garden! I don't think the tree cutting project really finished up as well as I expected. Although they brought the trees down expertly, Lee had promised to "chunk up" the trees that were cut down so we could make firewood out of them and that didn't get done until I hired someone else this Spring. Overall I'd really recommend Lee and Mark for their building skills and if you're ready to deal with the mess yourself they're precise about bringing the trees down in tight spaces. <br />"

"You are only charged per visit and you are not on a retainer. If they don't come out you are not charged. They do a good job. The guys are pleasant and friendly. The owner is very responsive when you bring issues to his attention. Most things are handled on the next visit. He has great communication between he and his staff. I have had them install plants in the past and they did a good job. When I met with the owner he told me they charge per trip because he feels like they have to earn your business every time. I thought that was a good philosophy to run the business by. I had bought some stones for a patio and did not have time to install so I paid them for the labor to do that. They did a really good job. They installed a river rockbed to help with drainage. He gives a line by line estimate up front. There are no hidden charges. If you want to shot the materials he allows you to do that. I walked around the yard and gave him a wish list. Because of his finances I was able to prioritize what I wanted. It was a lot of work on his part but it was very helpful. He is very reachable by phone or email. I always hear from him within 24 hours."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in East Dublin, GA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
