"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"I recently had all the windows and a glass sliding door
replaced in my home by Dream Home Remodeling. 
This experience was the most positive and easiest remodeling project I
have experienced.  Luis Candela, the owner of the company, came to my home to demonstrate his product, which he did with excitement and pride.  He was so
detailed in his explanation of the benefits of his product and it was obvious
that his windows were far superior to any others that I had seen.  Although his windows were priced higher than the advertised prices of other companies, it was obvious from the beginning of his presentation that his product was better constructed and that Luis would do
anything he could to make the process easy and would go out of his way to make
everything work the way I wanted.  The
installation did end up to be a very easy and quick process.  The installers showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished in one day. 
They were very accommodating by replacing everything they had moved and
cleaning up after completing the work. 
When Luis returned to inspect the results, he was so excited and proud
of how the project had turned out.  He
again explained to me the benefits of these windows over the competition and
the features that made them a superior product. There was one item that I had
initially requested that was not completed to my satisfaction.  He immediately remedied the problem without question, demonstrating his outstanding customer service.  He would not stop until everything was completed to my satisfaction.  I am so satisfied with this experience and with working with Luis, that I plan to use his company in the future to do some remodeling in my kitchen.  I know that I made a positive investment in my
home for now by enhancing the look of my home and saving my energy costs, but
also in the future by increasing the resale value of my home.  I would recommend Dream Home Remodeling with 100% confidence to anyone and look forward to working with this company in the future.

"We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. I never felt like I was a burden and she always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. The complete team with Sunoro were professional and eager to help. "Hope did a deep clean at my house a few months ago. I was impressed with the cleanliness. She did an excellent job and is very meticulous. I now use her cleaning services bi-weekly. She carpet cleaned throughout the house and scheduled her to do all the windows. She did an awesome job. Eric and Hope make a great team. Eric gave me a free estimate to screen in my back deck and replace the steps on my front porch. His price was reasonable and he did quality work. I highly recommend them for any work you need. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"Everything went better than expected. Price was very reasonable and work I believe was much better quality than others offered. We had back porch enclosed and screened in, they came up with variety of options. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. They followed up in a few days and came back out to inspect again and also followed up with roof repair. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing. Told crew I would call them again for future projects and repairs if needed. Would highly recommend Bear Hands Construction, LLC hands down to anyone."
