"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

We had heard water dripping onto a ceiling on our second floor during a heavy storm, and called several roofers for quotes. Five different companies came out, two of which wanted to replace the whole roof, and three that said it should just be repaired. During that process, several of the companies mentioned that our chimney needed repointing as well, so we added that to the job. Robert Jr. came out for B & R on a Monday after I had spoken with them on a Friday, and I had detailed quotes in my email that night for the work. They were quick to respond to questions by email, text, and phone. Once I got them the signed contract, they were in touch within the week to get the work scheduled, and had their mason and roofing team on site two weeks after I had gotten them the contract. A day and a half later, I had a beautifully repointed chimney with a cap, rotted wood around the base of the chimney replaced, perfect flashing, and a roof that no longer leaks at all. The team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know about any issues they encountered and keeping me posted on their timelines. After they were done, they cleaned up the site completely (and even cleaned up the leaves and sticks that were in the driveway from a recent storm). The final price came in just slightly over the original quote because they had to replace more wood than they were originally expecting around the base of the chimney - it took more materials and more time than what was covered under the original estimate, but only cost a little more than the quote. All in all a great process, and I'd highly recommend Robert Jr. and the team at B & R for any roofing or chimney related work that you need."

"We originally contacted several painters, and got several estimates.  LOPCO's was among the lowest, and we were impressed with the references and the portfolio book and his attitude.  Once we decided upon using them, we were put in contact with a color coordinator/designer, who walked us through some ideas and was very helpful about helping us decide on a color scheme (which, a year or so later, we still very much like).  He also made available some contractors that he uses to repair all of the trim and soffetts that had rotted.  This work was done very quickly.  Once the colors were decided, they went out, and purchased the paint.  Before the painting began, since we have aluminum siding, particular care was taken in prepping and cleaning the siding.  Once the house was dry, and the weather good, the house was painted.  
At every turn, the workers showed up when he said they would, and were finished when they estimated they would be finished.  All communication was very prompt and positive, and the results make it look like a different house (a much nicer house).  I would and actually have recommended them to local family members.
