"Rez was GREAT! He went over and beyond what I even expected. He caulked around my windows before painting them which helped improve my homes problem with cold draft. A problem since I had my new windows put in. Iâ m sure he didnâ t have to go that far but he did. Awesome! I wish I could put a picture on here of his work. You should see how clean his cut inâ s are! Itâ s perfect.. Dang. Iâ ve had my home painted before and I must say that he outdid the previous painters. My ceilings are perfect, cut inâ s are pristine, crown molding is perfectâ ¦ baseboards perfect. Iâ m very particular. I notice everything. A hard client to please. . Very hard. He was very respectful and very professional. I definitely recommend him. I will be calling him again to do some tile work, and in the spring because I have some exterior work that needs to be done. If youâ re looking for a professional that takes pride in his work then heâ s your man. Thank you Rez!!!"

"Was prompt for the estimate and during all work. Price was as estimated and when it comes time to paint, the repaired area is all ready to go. Recommended."

"When confronted with a crisis because of a copper plumbing burglary, Mr. Grady, of Grady's Painting, Plastering and Construction, willingly traveled many miles to come to my aid. Requesting only a $1.00 deposit against a $4,500.00 job, he masterfully reconstructed my nineteenth century lath and plaster hallway wall, also thoroughly compensating for a missing portion of a central stud unwittingly removed by a plumber! After his extensive search for appropriate composition and dimension of material, he replaced and replicated a section of my forty-year-old faux onyx tub surround with common white PVC sheet, tinted oil-based colors, glaze, paint brush, and a rag. His applied natural talents and superlative skills saved me thousands of dollars! On the basis of both professional conversation and knowledgeable observation, Mr. Grady possesses the intrinsic knowledge of old-world trades, the artistic capabilities, the problem=solving thought processes, and the personal work ethic to accomplish a broud scope of reconstruction and restoration."

"Larry Doyle repaired the damage to the ceiling and wall. He installed new drywall in both areas and left it looking as if there had never been a leak. He came back twice following the repair to put additional coats of plaster over the new drywall and then smooth it out. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of repair."

"Excellent job painting old, messy plaster walls."

"Sam was excellent! We were in a jam and needed someone quickly to cut a large hole in our (100 year old house) plaster ceiling so emergency plumbing could be worked on. He was able to work us into his schedule so we wouldn’t be without water for the holidays. The work is excellent! Our ceiling is more level now than before he started! Haha He cleaned up all the dust and debris each time he was here. Sam was also super pleasant and friendly, wore a mask, and made the whole process a breeze. We would definitely hire him again!"

"Dan and his son did a great job repairing a damaged plaster wall. The wall looks new! They also removed a wall/window AC unit and installed window, complete with beautiful new trim around the window. They had to remove siding and cut through the exterior wall of the house to enlarge the opening for the new window. The finished job looks beautiful."

"A complete and thorough power washing was completed the day prior to the painting. Then the next day a team came and worked all morning and afternoon painting the entire house using high quality Sherwin Williams elastomeric paint. I could not have been happier with how my house now looks and it was all done at a very reasonable price."

"Joe and his crew did a fabulous job!  I would classify these guys as very high end painters.  My house looks brand new now, and I can't say enough good things about how great the woodwork looks.  Joe spent a lot of time undoing what the previous painters had done (lots of bad caulking around the woodwork and previous sloppy painting) and preparing my woodwork and walls before painting.  I was away from the house most of the time the work was being done and Joe communicated with me regularly through email.  Joe was very accommodating when I added a few other areas and requests.  The drywall holes (where we removed some things that were cut into the drywall in the laundry room and over the fireplace) were repaired perfectly.
