"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "

I would recommend to have your dryer vent cleaned because, it is a fire hazard. Integrity showed me what they had taken out of my dryer vent and my husband thought he had kept it clean, but they can get to it better. They really cleaned it out.
