After waiting almost a full day for the competitor to get back to me I wasn't comfortable working with them and called Jack back the next morning to explain my concern. New ceiling, walls, and flooring, fanlight with duct work to roof, sealing existing leaks on roof, upgrading electrical, replacing and repositioning plumbing as needed, installing tub/shower, vanity and top, medicine cabinet, lights, door, trim, and all hardware.
