"The bottom quarter of an exterior face brick veneer (Brick-It) wall had collapsed, and Alex restored it to perfect condition after first having to remove another quarter of the wall that was about to collapse as well - making sure to keep each of the pieces from breaking in the process. The original installation was about 35 years old, before the current technique was developed, and Alex was not satisfied with the way the new installation technique matched the corner of the existing adjacent wall section (done by the old technique) - so he readjusted the new metal backing (by cutting it into 2-row sections) in order to be able to more precisely line up the new section row-by-row with the original. So, I guess you could say that in a real sense, Alex made the wall Better Than New! After the past few days of really wet, nasty weather, the wall has held up just the way it is supposed to. Alex and his crew were punctual, trustworthy and professional. Well done."

"Excellent contractor. Responded to request for quote, visited the property promptly, after receiving photos to ensure nothing was missed in quoting the job. Gave a price, and stuck to that estimate. He explained the issues involved and gave options for approaches to fixing the problems. He was flexible in arranging a time when my tenant could give him access to electricity and water. Contractor showed up to the job with one additional workman on time. Did a very nice job, and cleaned up well afterwards. He even fixed up a few spots needing additional concrete to fill gaps, and while he was at it, he provided estimates for repairs on rear steps, as well as some further touch-up work to restore the finish to some main wall brick area. Steve, the owner/operator is a gentleman, and a very straightforward and down-to-earth person. He's easy to work with, and I highly recommend him for masonry work."

He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. "The 2 Marios - father and son - were very courteous . They installed a new concrete sidewalk between my asphalt driveway and a ramp that had been installed by someone else in my back yard. The walkway is beautiful, and should serve me well if and when a wheelchair becomes necessary. The price was quite reasonable, and they even moved several concrete blocks that I owned to a different area of my backyard, as requested! Virtually everything was perfectly done. The only reason I gave them 4.5 stars instead of the full 5 - was that I had asked them 3 times to be sure to reroll my heavy hose that they used onto the storage wheel. But - they forgot; and I had to do it myself. I'm sure this old lady replaced the hose wrong, because I don't know how my late husband used to do this. But - it's out of the way again. Other than that minor thing - their concrete sidewalk is beautiful, perfectly straight and level - so I can recommend them to others!!"
